History of Sias Canada Limited

Sias Canada Limited, a wholly owned Canadian company, was formed by Mr. Karl Bakker in October, 1987. After operating his own screenprinting company for 15 years, Mr. Bakker decided to retire and subsequently sold his shop. Less than one year later, he was approached by SiasPrint Group, Italy with a proposal to market their line of equipment in Canada. Almost immediately Sias Canada was formed, operating as the exclusive Canadian distributor.

The SiasPrint Group has been manufacturing screenprinting equipment since 1955 and, during this time, has earned a reputation for supplying high quality machinery to screenprinters around the world. Their line of equipment includes presses, dryers, and accessories for both the graphics trade and the textile industries.

Since its incorporation, Sias Canada has installed close to 200 machines across Canada. We realize our success depends entirely on our customer's satisfaction and we are proud to say that every customer of ours will attest to the quality of the machines we sell and the reliability of the after sales service we provide. Our interest does not end with the sale of a new machine but rather continues with our efforts to keep our customers satisfied. This is what separates Sias from other equipment distributors.
